That awkward moment..... when you know things don't look quite right.
If for any reason you're not happy with the purchase you have made, please feel free to return it back to Jewellery Island. Please just send us an email and let us know you will be returning the jewellery. You have 30 days to return the jewellery back to Jewellery Island. All jewellery must be in its original condition without any breaks or damage.
Please put in your contact details and a copy of your invoice/receipt. We suggest that you send your items back to us by (registered post) with a tracking number and signature so you are certain it has been returned to Jewellery Island.
Please note: We can't take back earrings for health and hygiene reasons.
All jewellery leaves Jewellery Island in excellent condition and we have strict quality control conditions in place. We have photos of every piece of jewellery before it leaves Jewellery Island.
If for any reason your jewellery arrives to you damaged, please email us as soon as possible and send through a photo of the damaged piece and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and it is advisable to lodge a complaint with Australia Post. We will assist you with your enquiry.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure they enter their shipping address correctly. If you made an error with your shipping address don't worry things happen, we're only human. Please either call on 0402 623 059 or contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If it is too late and your package has been sent, then the only thing we can do is wait for the package to get returned back to Jewellery Island with a tracking number and signature so you are certain it has been returned to Jewellery Island.
