Middleway is a new concept in meal plan delivery. Focused around providing a complete delicious, fresh, and healthy food experience.
We believe great recipes and healthy eating start with great ingredients. That means sustainably sourced seafood, plenty of seasonal fruits and veggies, and meat responsibly raised without any antibiotics or hormones. We actively avoid processed or lab-made foods, because honestly, the real and fresh stuff just taste better.

We've created daily meal plans with your taste and health in mind, to enjoy these creative meals in the comfort of your home. We do the whole process for you. We do all of the meal planning, ingredient sourcing, grocery shopping, prepping, cooking, portioning, and deliver everything directly to your door.
All you have to do is open your package and enjoy your meals!

With our customized meal planning service, all plans are no commitment. We only deliver as often as you choose, and on which days you prefer. Skip any week if you something comes up, just let us know by the weekly deadline.
CONVENIENT DELIVERY
Freshly prepared meals are hand delivered overnight 3 nights a week in our insulated meal bags with food grade ice packs to ensure that all of your meals remain fresh until it makes it to your fridge. And when you’re ready to enjoy your meal, simply heat up and enjoy!
The Middleway Foods recipes and daily meal plans were created based on a portion controlled formula, balancing all of the good nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and full without ever sacrificing great taste.
