Originating from Jacksonville, Florida, DJ TwinT first found her musical talents expressed through piano and the saxophone. Her love of music blossomed into a passionate drive to mix and produce tracks, bringing her own vibrant personality to the sound at her fingertips.

 

Transitioning to New Jersey in 2012, immediately engaging with the DJ scene and graduating from Scratch DJ Academy NYC in the same year. Constantly being booked for venues, she relishes in every  opportunity to express her passion for music through her immense talent and charisma at the

turntable.

 

Her diverse repertoire as an open-format DJ spans a wide spectrum of music ranging through vibrant electronic, smooth R&B, House, top-40s and disco. Her unique sets and the skill with which she mixes sound invigorates crowds, awakening their primal urge to dance to their favorite (and new-to-be favorite) tunes.

 

Bringing the life to every occasion, be it the smooth beats that set the scene at a corporate venue, or raising the roof to the stars at the wildest of rooftop parties. Her mastery of a wide set of genres also sees her appearing at more-personal events, such as weddings or private parties.

 

Touring and spinning across North East Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, & Pennsylvania over the last 12 years, along with featuring in clubs such as Spin Nightclub, San Diego and Pacha, NYC  and in numerous bars & lounges in New York. She loves the opportunity to travel and take in new regional inspirations for her sound while simultaneously showcasing her own excellent talent.

 

In 2013, she was voted “Crowd’s Favorite DJ” at a “Madam of The Mix” open turntable event in  NYC, blowing the place wide with original and creative mixes. Her chemistry with the crowd and  her finger on the pulse of the rhythm ensured she was the DJ to remember.  

 

DJ TwinT not only inspires the body and soul of those she encapsulates on the dance floor, but  shares her talents with the upcoming DJs of tomorrow’s deck. When not setting the mood in venues, you can find her teaching at Scratch DJ Academy NYC with a masterful flair and sublime command
of the beat.
