Return / Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Brilli Baby Retailer (online or storefront)

Items purchased through Brilli Baby retailer must be returned/exchanged through that retailer and be subject to their return/exchange policy.

 

Must have proof of purchase.

 

Items purchased from brillibaby.com or cupcatcher.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. All returned pieces will be examined, and items that do not meet our return qualification will be sent back at customer's cost. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for all returns/exchanges to be processed.

 

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours at info@brillibaby.com. Brilli Baby will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the product and shipping the item back to you. Repair or replacement of the defective item is subject to verification of the malfunction or defect.

 

NOTE: The warrantor expressly disclaims liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages of any nature. This warranty does not cover 1) a defect that has been caused by repair or modification by any person 2) a defect caused by negligence, accident, or misuse of the product; 3) damage resulting from improper operation.

 

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the receipt must accompany all products sent back for return/exchange. To obtain a RMA number and shipping address, please email info@brillibaby.com with proof of purchase and reason for return/exchange.

 

Note: We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Damages caused by normal wear and tear

  • Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions

  • Defects resulting from repair or alteration of the product

  • Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors, or exposure to harsh elements.

  • Products that are re-sold, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner

  • Products without receipt or proof of purchase

  • Products purchased outside of US

  • Products that are not purchased through an authorized Brilli Baby retailer (online or in-store)

 

Shipping & Handling

 

We make every effort to ship your order out the next business day; however, it may take up to 48 hours to process your order. All ground shipments will take between 7 - 10 days to receive.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination of each order.
