30 DAY GUARANTEE | BATTERIES & CHARGERS
Our battery’s/Chargers come with a 30 day guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
For expensive items we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
Exceptions
* If the deadline for reporting damaged goods is not met we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Due to the nature of these products they must be inspected for faults by the customer on arrival. Contact must be made with ecigaretteireland within 24 hours after receiving the item in order for the warranty to be deemed applicable. Contacting us after this allotted period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that this also applies to multipacks. Expected working lifetime of a clearomizer is between 2 and 4 weeks depending on individual usage.

Our warranty does not extend to these items For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene.
This is unless our staff determine that you have been sent an incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.
WARRANTY (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) | E-LIQUID
If you’re shopping with us online or over the telephone, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected or if you change your mind provided that the goods are in the same condition as sent which means unopened, undamaged and still in the original packaging with all parts intact cable ties manuals ect.
7 DAY MONEY BACK | RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this.
If you have paid a delivery charge, this will be refunded too, unless you’re only returning part of the order. If this is the case, you will still need to pay the full delivery charge.
Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us. This needs to be done promptly at your cost. This does not apply to any personalised goods.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.

● Never leave a battery on charge while sleeping or unattended.
● Only use the charger provided to charge your battery.(Just because it fits another charger doesn't mean its compatible)
● Charge in a safe place {Somewhere dry and non flammable}
● Remove battery from charger as soon as light turns green.
● If battery becomes hot during charging remove it immediately.
● DO NOT use your computer to charge Battery.
● Keep battery top clean at all times especially before charging.
● Always unplug the charger when its not in use
